  1. 2 pkgs. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix

  2. 3 tbsp. flour

  3. 2 tsp. salt

  4. 1/4 c. lemon juice

  5. 2 tbsp. butter, melted

  6. 1 c. milk

  7. 1 lg. fryer, cut up

  8. 1 1/2 c. pancake mix, with

  9. 1 tsp. paprika,

  10. 1/2 tsp. sage,

  11. 1/4 tsp. pepper

  12. Oil for frying

  1. Directions Mix in the seasoning,flour,salt,lemon juice & butter.Coat chicken pieces with the mix,place the chicken in the bowl & chill for couple of hour.

  2. Make the pancake mix.Dip the chilled chicken pieces in milk,also dip it in pancake mix & dust with Italian.Place the chicken pieces a greased pan.Pour over the remaining milk on the chicken.Seal the pan with foil & bake for an hour at 350 degrees.After an hour uncover the chicken & bake for another 15 mintues to make the chicken crispy.
