  1. 4 cups 948ml Red california seedless grapes - divided

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Cold water

  3. 1 Unflavored gelatin

  4. 8 oz 227g Plain low-fat yogurt

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

  6. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Superfine sugar

  1. Puree 3 cups grapes; set aside. Coarsely chop remaining grapes; set aside.

  2. Pour water into small saucepan; sprinkle with gelatin. Let stand 5 minutes.

  3. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves.

  4. Place mixture in bowl. Combine yogurt and vanilla; gradually add to gelatin mixture and stir until smooth.

  5. Add sugar; mix thoroughly.

  6. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.

  7. Add pureed grapes; stir until well blended.

  8. Pour into ice cream freezer; freeze according to manufacturers directions.

  9. Halfway through freezing process, add reserved chopped grapes.

  10. Allow frozen yogurt to ripen for 1 hour.
