  1. 1 Fully cooked bone-in ham

  2. 1 cup Brown sugar

  3. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard or other

  4. 2 tablespoons Cider vinegar

  1. Place ham on rack, fat side up in roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer, not by bone. Bake uncovered, 325 F, 18-20 mins per lb.
