  1. 9 cups potato es diced and peeled

  2. 2 tablespoons butter

  3. 2 tablespoons milk

  4. salt and pepper to taste

  5. 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  6. 8 ounces french onion dip

  7. paprika

  1. In a large saucepan, cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender, drain. Mash potatoes with butter milk, salt and pepper until smooth. Add cream cheese and onion dip; mix well. Spread in a greased 2 1/2 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until heated through.
