  1. 3/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

  2. 1 beef flank steak (1-1/2 lb.)

  1. step 1 POUR dressing over steak in shallow dish; turn to coat both sides of steak. Refrigerate 3 hours to marinate, turning occasionally.

  2. step 2 HEAT grill to medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steak 5 min. on each side or until medium doneness. Remove from grill; cover.

  3. step 3 LET stand 5 min. Cut steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices.
