  1. 2 Golden broth - (follows)

  2. 1 Whole wheat

  3. 1 Bon noodles - (or matzoh Balls)

  4. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Diced celery

  5. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Diced potatoes

  6. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Diced carrots

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  8. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Finely chopped parsely

  1. Recipe Instructions Bring broth to a boil in a heavy pan. Add noodles, celery, potatoes, carrots and salt. Reduce heat and simmer gently until the vegetables are tender, about half an hour. Stir in parsley, adjust seasoning and serve. Makes about 10 cups of soup.
