  1. 5 large fresh peaches (sliced & seeded)

  2. 1 (14 ounce) can light coconut milk (organic)

  3. 1 cup filtered water

  4. 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

  5. 1 cup vanilla ice cream (I used rice dream)

  6. 1 tablespoon agave nectar

  1. Wash and slice the peaches and remove the pits.

  2. Place them into the blender cup and add the rest of the ingredients and process.

  3. This makes a huge amount so if you're using a smaller blender maybe cut the recipe in half.
