  2. ONION HERB PIZZA

  6. 1 pk Dry yeast

  7. 1 c Water

  8. 1 tb Sugar

  9. 3 1/2 c Flour

  10. 3 tb Olive oil

  11. *FILLING*

  12. 4 Large onions, sliced

  13. 3 Garlic cloves, minced

  14. 1/2 c Olive oil

  15. 1/4 c Red wine vinegar

  16. 2 ts Rosemary

  17. 1/2 c Parmesan cheese

  18. Servings: 6

  19. *DOUGH*

  20. Proof yeast, warm water and sugar. Put 1 3/4 cup of

  21. flour in processor, start, add 3 tbls olive oil, add

  22. yeast mixture, add remaining 1 3/4 cup flour.

  23. Continue processing to make a soft pliable dough.

  24. Spread on oiled pan, prick well.

  25. Saute onions in olive oil until brown but not burned.

  26. Add garlic. Add vinegar, rosemary and parmesan cheese.

  27. Spread mixture over dough.

  28. 350 F

  29. 15 minutes or until crust is browned.
