  1. Chinese Beef Casserole

  2. 1 lb ground beef

  3. 1 small bunch celery , chopped

  4. 1 tin mushroom s (or fresh)

  5. 1 onion , chopped

  6. 1/2 cup uncooked rice

  7. 1 tin cream of mushroom soup

  8. 1 tin cream of celery or chicken soup

  9. 1 tin bean sprouts (or use fresh)

  10. 1 tin Chinese noodle s (for the top) Gruel

  11. 1 1/4 cup long grain rice

  12. 6 chicken breasts

  13. 4 cups water

  14. 1 envelope onion soup mix

  15. 1 tin cream soup (any kind)

  1. Chinese Beef Casserole Brown onion, celery and meat in skillet.

  2. Combine with all other ingredients in casserole dish and top with Chinese noodles.

  3. Cook for one hour at 350 degrees.

  4. Gruel Put uncooked rice in casserole dish, and lay chicken breasts on top.

  5. Mix cream soup, onion soup and water in saucepan. Bring to boil and pour over rice and chicken.

  6. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
