  1. Thin slices of rump steak with a little fat attached

  2. OR Thin slices of liver

  3. cup Fish sauce

  4. Oil for frying

  1. Marinate the meat or liver in the fish sauce for about 1 hour.

  2. Drain. Heat some oil over med to high heat and fry the meat being careful not to overcook it. Remove and drain on paper towels. Eat as a snack with cold beer.
