  2. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Small cauliflower flowerets

  3. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Celery - thinly sliced

  4. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Fresh parsley - chopped finely

  5. 3 tablespoons 45ml White vinegar

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Vegetable oil

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  8. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Sugar

  9. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Pepper

  10. 4 cups 948ml Tightly packed iceberg lettuce - torn

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large, shallow nonmetal bowl.

  2. Combine vinegar and next 4 ingredients; pour over vegetables.

  3. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours.

  4. Combine tomato mixture and lettuce in a bowl; toss.
