  1. Sauce:

  2. 2 1/2 tsp. mustard powder

  3. 2 1/2 tsp. cold water

  4. 1/2 tsp. salt

  5. 3 tsp. honey

  6. 1 tsp. sesame oil

  7. 1/2 cup Chinese broccoli, cut into 1†pieces

  8. 1/2 cup baby bok choy, cleaned and cut in

  9. 1†pieces across

  10. 1/2 cup snow peas

  11. 1/2 cup broccoli florets

  12. 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

  13. 2 tbsp. coriander, chopped

  14. 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly

  1. Method:

  2. Combine all the ingredients for the sauce together. Blanch in salted water or steam the vegetables separately until cooked to doneness desired.

  3. Heat a wok or saut pan with the vegetable oil. Saut the vegetables for 2 minutes. Add the sauce and cook 1 more minute.

  4. Put in a bowl or platter and top with the walnuts
