  1. 7 1/2 oz Canned Alaska salmon

  2. 1/2 c Chopped onions

  3. 1/4 c Chopped green peppers

  4. 3 tb Margarine

  5. 1 1/4 c Crushed water crackers

  6. 1 c Milk

  7. 1 cn Cream-style corn

  8. - (16 or 17 oz. can) 2 Eggs -- slightly beaten

  9. 1 c Sharp Cheddar cheese

  10. -(shredded) 1/4 ts Black pepper

  11. 2 tablespoons margarine for 5 - 10 minutes, or until tender. Stir in flaked salmon,

  12. 1 cup cracker crumbs, milk, corn, eggs, cheese and pepper. Turn into an

  13. 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Melt remaining margarine; toss with remaining cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at
