  1. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dried thyme

  2. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dried oregano

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Freshly-ground black pepper

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Cayenne pepper

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Paprika

  6. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Garlic salt

  7. 4 Cod fillet - (abt 6 oz ea)

  8. 6 tablespoons 90ml Butter - melted

  1. Place all the herbs in a bowl and mix well, then spread them evenly on a large platter.

  2. Dip the cod fillets in the melted butter, then press onto the herbs on the plate, turning once and pressing the herbs into the other side.

  3. Grill the fillets over medium-high heat. The fish is done when it just begins to flake.

  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
