  1. 6 medium potatoes

  2. 1/2 cup milk

  3. 8 ounces sour cream

  4. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  5. 4 ounces cheddar cheese -- shredded

  6. 2 tablespoons butter

  7. 1 teaspoon salt paprika

  1. Preparation : Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for 30 minutes. Cool, peel and grate potatoes. Combine cheese, milk, and butter in a small saucepan; slow heat until melted. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream, salt and pepper. Add cheese mixture to potatoes. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
