  1. Hamburger Dip

  2. 2 pounds lean ground beef

  3. 1 cup chopped onion

  4. 2 cloves garlic, minced

  5. salt

  6. 2 8-oz cans tomato sauce

  7. 1/2 cupketchup

  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano

  9. 2 8-oz pkgs cream cheese, cut in cubes

  10. 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  11. 1 teaspoon chili powder

  12. In skillet, brown ground beef with onion, drain. Pour browned meat

  13. and onion into Crock-Pot. Add garlic, salt, tomato sauce, ketchup,

  14. oregano, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and chili powder. Set

  15. Crock-Pot on Low until cream cheese has melted and is thoroughly

  16. 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Stir, serve with cube French bread or tortilla chips. For a spicier dip, add 1 chopped jalapeno pepper.
