  5. 1/8 teaspoon white pepper

  8. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  9. 1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs

  10. 1-1/2 pounds ground chicken

  11. 1/4 cup mango chutney

  12. 1/3 cup mayonnaise

  13. 12 mini whole wheat buns, sliced

  1. Prepare and preheat grill. In large bowl, combine 2 tablespoons chutney, curry powder, garlic salt, ginger, peppers, egg, lemon juice, and bread crumbs and mix well. Add ground chicken and mix gently. Form into 12 small patties; cover and chill for 20-30 minutes. In small bowl, combine 1/4 cup chutney, mayonnaise, and 1 teaspoon curry powder; mix well and set aside. Grill the mini burgers on a perforated grill rack (so they don't fall through the larger grate) for 8-12 minutes, turning once, until chicken is no longer pink in center and temperature registers 165 degrees F. Spread buns with butter and toast, cut side down, for a minute or two on the grill. Make sandwiches with the mayonnaise mixture, lettuce, and burgers. Serve immediately.
