  1. 1 1/2 lbs ground beef

  2. 3/4 cup oats

  3. 1 cup milk

  4. 3 tablespoons onions , Very Finely Minced

  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

  6. ground black pepper (Plenty, to Taste)

  7. 1 cup all-purpose flour (coating For Frozen Meatballs)

  8. canola oil

  9. 1 cup ketchup

  10. 2 tablespoons sugar

  11. 3 tablespoons vinegar

  12. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  13. 4 -6 tablespoons onions

  14. Tabasco sauce (1 dash (or more)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine ground beef, oats, milk, 3T very finely minced onion, salt and black pepper.

  3. Roll into medium-small balls and place on a cookie sheet.

  4. Place sheet in freezer for five minutes.

  5. After 5 minutes, remove meatballs from freezer and immediately dredge in unseasoned flour.

  6. Brown meatballs in canola oil until just brown.

  7. Place into a baking dish.

  8. Combine all sauce ingredients.

  9. Pour over meatballs and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

  10. Serve with egg noodles, mashed potatoes, or crusty French bread.
