  2. 1 1/4 pounds grated Swiss cheese

  3. 1 pound grated Monterey Jack cheese

  4. 1/4 cup all purpose flour

  5. 2 1/2 cups dry white wine

  6. 3 tbsp. tequila

  7. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves

  8. 2 tbsp. canned diced jalapeno chilies

  9. 1/4 tsp. salt

  10. 1/4 tsp. pepper

  11. French bread cubes

  12. cooked, sliced kielbasa sausage

  13. tortilla chips

  1. Combine the Swiss cheese, Monterey Jack and flour in a large bowl and toss to coat. Combine the wine and tequila in a fondue pot and bring just to a simmer over medium heat. Add 1/4 of the cheese mixture to the pot and stir until melted and smooth. Reduce the heat to low and add the remaining cheese mixture. Stir until thick and creamy. Stir in the cilantro, jalapenos, salt and pepper. Set the fondue pot over a sterno warmer and serve with the bread cubes, sliced kielbasa and tortilla chips.
