  1. 1 egg

  2. 1 lb. lean ground beef

  3. 1/2 lb. lean ground pork

  4. 1/2 cup Progresso® Plain Bread Crumbs

  5. 1/4 cup purchased sweet-and-sour sauce

  6. 1 tablespoon instant minced onion

  7. 1/2 teaspoon garlic-pepper blend

  8. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  9. 4 tablespoons purchased sweet-and-sour sauce

  10. 3 or 4 green or red bell pepper rings

  11. 3 or 4 drained canned pineapple slices

  1. Heat oven to 350ºF. Beat egg in large bowl. Add all remaining meat loaf ingredients; mix well. Press mixture firmly in ungreased 8x4-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350ºF. for 40 minutes.

  2. Remove meat loaf from oven. Spread about 3 tablespoons sweet-and-sour sauce over loaf. Arrange bell pepper rings and pineapple slices over sauce. Brush with remaining tablespoon sauce.

  3. Return to oven; bake an additional 25 to 30 minutes or until meat loaf is thoroughly cooked in center and meat thermometer registers 160ºF. Cover with foil; let stand 5 minutes before cutting meat loaf into slices.
