  1. 2 tablespoons oil

  2. 1 1/2 pounds boneless beef sirloin, trimmed and cut into thin strips

  3. 1 package McCormick® Beef Stroganoff Sauce Mix

  4. 1 package (8 ounces) sliced mushrooms

  5. 1 cup water

  6. 2 tablespoons white wine or sherry

  7. 1 cup sour cream

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef; cook and stir 2 minutes or until no longer pink.

  2. Stir in Sauce Mix, mushrooms, water and wine.

  3. Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Sprinkle with McCormick® Paprika or Parsley Flakes and serve over noodles or rice, if desired.
