  2. CHOCOLATE MOUSSE (GREAT CHEFS)

  6. 6 oz Chocolate, semi-sweet

  7. 1 c Cream

  8. 2 tb Rum

  9. Sugar, confectioner's

  10. Melt the chocolate carefully into the cream. Bring

  11. the mixture to a boil.

  12. Cool for at least an hour and whip until stiff.

  13. Refrigerate overnight.

  14. Add rum and pipe into serving glasses. Dust with

  15. sugar and chocolate shavings and serve.
