  4. 1 can Tomatoes with liquid cut up

  5. 1 packet Mushroom stems and pieces drained

  6. 2 teaspoons 10ml Dried oregano

  7. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Ground beef; cooked - drained

  8. 12 oz 340g Spaghetti; cooked - drained

  9. 2 cups 292g / 10oz Shredded cheddar cheese (8oz)

  10. 10 3/4 Condensed cream of mushroom soup - undiluted

  11. 1/4 cup 59ml Water

  12. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Grated parmesan cheese

  1. Recipe Instructions In a large skillet, sauteeonion and green pepper in butter until tender. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and oregano. Add ground beef if desired. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Place half of the spaghetti in a greased 13x9x2" baking dish. Top with half of the vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Repeat layers. Mix the soup and water until smooth; pour over casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.
