  1. 2 tablespoons 30ml Cinnamon

  2. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Walnuts - chopped

  3. 3/4 cup 82g / 2.9oz Chocolate chips

  4. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Sugar

  5. 4 Eggs

  6. 1 Sour cream

  7. 2 cups 320g / 11oz Brown sugar

  8. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Salad oil

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

  10. 3 cups 438g / 15oz Graham crackers - crushed

  11. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Baking powder

  12. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Baking soda

  1. Combine cinnamon, walnuts, chips and white sugar; set aside. Blend eggs, sour cream, brown sugar and salad oil until creamy; add vanilla.

  2. Combine cracker crumbs, baking powder and soda; stir into batter. Pour half the batter into an oiled 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Sprinkle batter with half the cinnamon/sugar mix. Pour rest of batter in pan. Sprinkle top with remaining cinnamon/sugar mix.

  3. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
