  1. 1 cup 237ml Good mayonnaise

  2. 1 teaspoon 5ml Lemon juice

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml White vinegar

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Celery seed

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Pepper

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Sugar

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Carrot - shaved with a (small) peeler

  9. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Onion thinly sliced

  10. 8 cups 1896ml Cabbage
