  1. Peach Cobbler

  2. 1/2 cup margarine

  3. 1 cup milk

  4. 1 cup sugar

  5. 1 cup flour

  6. 1 tsp vanilla or almond extract

  7. 1 large can sliced peaches, undrained

  8. 350 degrees. Melt butter in

  9. 11x13 pan. Mix milk,

  10. sugar, flour and extract together. Remove pan from oven and pour

  11. melted margarine into milk mixture. Pour peaches and juice into pan, cutting up slices if desired. Pour milk mixture over peaches.

  12. 45 minutes to

  13. 1 hour, until golden

  14. brown. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
