  1. 2/3 c Shortening

  2. 2/3 c Sugar

  3. 2 Eggs

  4. 1 ts Salt

  5. 2 Yeast cakes

  6. 1 c Waer; lukewarm

  7. 2 c Milk; warm

  8. 10 c Flour

  9. Filling;-- -- 1/2 c Brown sugar

  10. 2 ts Cinnamon

  11. 1/2 c Butter; melted

  12. 1 c Pecan nuts

  13. 3 days in a cool place. Roll on board to

  14. 1/2 inch in thickness. Spread

  15. 1 inch slices. In bottom of each pan place

  16. 1 t. butter,

  17. 1 t. sugar and 3 pecan meats. Place slices, cut side down, in muffin pans. Set in

  18. 15 to 20 minutes. Note: No temperature give. Assume a hot
