  2. 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar

  3. 3 tablespoons white vinegar

  4. 3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce

  5. 2 garlic cloves, minced

  6. 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  7. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

  8. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  9. 1/8 teaspoon salt

  10. 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice

  11. 1 pork tenderloin (1 pound), cut into 12 slices

  1. Spiced Pork Medallions with Bourbon Sauce Recipe photo by Taste of Home In a small saucepan, combine the bourbon, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and pepper. Bring to a boil; cook until liquid is reduced to about 1/2 cup, stirring occasionally.

  2. Meanwhile, combine the chili powder, cinnamon, salt and allspice; rub over pork slices.

  3. In a large skillet coated with cooking spray, cook pork over medium heat for 2-4 minutes on each side or until tender. Serve with sauce. Yield: 4 servings.
