  1. 4c crushed ice

  2. 1/2c rock salt

  3. 1qt zip lock bag

  4. 1 sandwich bag

  5. 1/4c milk

  6. 1/4c heavy cream

  7. 2T sugar

  8. 1/2t vanilla

  1. Put 2c crushed ice and ¼c rock salt in qt bag. Pour milk, cream, sugar & vanilla in sandwich bag. Seal. Place smaller bag in large one. Squeeze out air and seal. Continue squeezing for 5 mins. Drain water add remaining ice and salt squeeze until thick. Cut corner off small bag and squeeze into bowls or mouths.
