  2. 250 g butter

  3. 250 g sugar

  4. 500 g flour

  5. about 2 cups milk

  6. 3 to 4 eggs

  7. 15 to 20 g vanilla sugar

  8. 2 to 3 tsp baking-powder

  9. 2 tsp flask rum flavoring

  10. Stir butter, sugar, and eggs until foamy. Sieve flour, and leave

  11. about 1 tblsp of it. Stir flour, milk and rum flavoring into the

  12. butter/sugar/egg mass.

  13. When the dough is ready, mix the baking-powder with the rest of

  14. the flour and add to the dough.

  15. 5 tblsp dark cocoa

  16. 7 tblsp sugar

  17. 1 tblsp soluble coffee

  18. 2 tblsp strong rum

  19. 5 to 10 g vanilla sugar

  20. 1 tsp baking-powder

  21. 1 dash milk

  22. 10 tblsp white dough

  23. Mix cocoa, coffee, sugar, rum and baking-powder with a little bit

  24. of milk. This stuff should be a little bit thicker than the white

  25. dough. If you accidentally poured a little bit too much milk in

  26. the cocoa mass, you can add a small amount of flour until you have

  27. the right consistency.

  28. When the cocoa stuff is well blended, add ten good tablespoons of

  29. the white dough and blend well. Oil baking pan, and dress with bread-crumbs. Then fill in with

  30. alternating white and dark dough.

  31. Heat oven to 180 deg C (356 deg F) and bake one hour and five

  32. minutes.
