  7. 2 Tablespoons Butter -- (2 to 3)

  8. 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar

  9. 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

  10. In a heavy, small saucepan heat chocolate and butter over low flame

  11. until melted. Stir often. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Frost Biscotte. For a design, run a fork over the

  12. frosting while it's soft. Let stand until chocolate is set.
