  1. 3 cups 187g / 6.6oz Flour

  2. 2 teaspoons 10ml Baking soda

  3. 2 teaspoons 10ml Baking powder

  4. 3 teaspoons 15ml Cinnamon

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  6. 4 Eggs - beaten

  7. 2 cups 396g / 13oz Sugar

  8. 1 1/4 cups 296ml Oil

  9. 2 cups 474ml Pumpkin - cooked, mashed

  10. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Pecans - chopped

  11. 1/2 cup 55g / 1.9oz Chocolate chips

  1. Recipe Instructions Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder cinnamon and salt together twice. Beat eggs and sugar together. Add oil and pumpkin, then blend in flour mixture. Fold in pecans and chocolate chips. Bake in greased and floured bundt pan at 350F for 60 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto cooling rack.
