  1. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Boneless chicken tenders

  2. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Zucchini - halved, and (small)

  3. Sliced 1/8" thick

  4. 1 Chicken gravy mix - (1 oz)

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Water

  6. Salt - to taste

  7. Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  8. 1 Ground nutmeg - fresh if possible

  9. 8 oz 227g Fresh Gouda cheese - grated

  10. 2 tablespoons 30ml Evaporated milk or light cream

  11. 1 tablespoon 15ml Tomato - chopped (large)

  12. 4 cups 948ml Cooked macaroni or small shell pasta

  1. Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes; place in crockpot. Add zucchini, gravy mix, water, and seasoning. Cover and cook for 5 to 6 hours on LOW.

  2. Add cheese, milk and tomato to the crockpot during the last 20 minutes, or while the pasta is cooking. Stir in pasta.

  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
