  1. 12 hard-cooked eggs, peeled

  2. 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Mustard, Ground

  4. 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

  5. 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Cumin, Ground

  6. 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Chili Powder

  7. 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Red Pepper, Ground

  8. Chopped chives or green onion

  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks; place in small bowl. Mash yolks with fork or potato masher.

  2. Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, seasoned salt, cumin, chili powder and ground red pepper until smooth and creamy. Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves. Sprinkle lightly with additional chili powder and garnish with chopped chives or green onion, if desired.

  3. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
