  2. Sunny Egg Salad in Cream Puffs

  7. 2/3 cup bottled creamy herb dressing

  8. 1/4 cup parsley, snipped

  9. 2 tablespoons minced onions

  10. 1 teaspoon salt

  11. 12 eggs, hard cooked -- chopped

  12. 1/3 cup celery -- chopped

  13. 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp -- drained and crumbled

  14. Cream Puffs:

  15. 1 cup water

  16. 1/2 cup butter

  17. 1 cup flour

  18. dash salt

  19. 4 eggs

  20. Salad: Beat together dressing, parsley, onion and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients except cream puffs. Cover and chill to blend.

  21. Cream Puffs: Bring water and butter to rolling boil in heavy saucepan.

  22. 1/4 cupful onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in preheated

  23. 400 oven

  24. 35 to 40 minutes. When cool cut off tops of shells and scoop out insides. Fill with chilled Salad. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
