  6. Fresh Scallion: 1 tbsp, chopped

  7. Fresh Cilantro: 1 tbsp, chopped

  8. Paprika: 1 tsp

  9. Salt

  10. Pepper

  1. Directions :

  2. Saute bell pepper in 2 tbsp oil until tender.

  3. Add fresh herbs, eggs, paprika, salt and pepper, and mix well.

  4. Place cheese slices on top. Cover and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
