  1. 1 can fruit cocktail --

  2. 2 1/2 can 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  3. 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  4. 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind

  5. 2 tablespoons butter or margarine

  6. 1/4 cup brandy -- or light rum

  1. Preparation : In double boiler or chafing dish, heat first 5 ingredients, stirring, until thickened. Add brandy; don't stir. Light brandy; spoon, over and over, into flame. When flame expires (alcohol has burned off), spoon over vanilla ice cream.
