  1. CHEESECAKE:

  2. - 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

  3. - 1/2 cup sugar

  4. - 1 cup sour cream

  5. - 2 teaspoons vanilla

  6. - 8 ounces Cool Whip

  7. CRUST:

  8. - 18 graham cracker squares

  9. - 1/4 cup sugar

  10. - 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted

  11. TOPPING:

  12. - 2 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

  13. - 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  14. - 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice

  15. - 1/8 cup water

  16. - 1/4 cup sugar (start by adding half of the sugar, add remaining to taste)

  1. CRUST:

  2. Crush graham crackers into crumbs. Add sugar and butter/margarine until evenly mixed.

  3. Bake in preheated 350° F oven for 6 to 7 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before filling.
