  1. Ingredients :Makes 500 ml

  2. 125 g 250 ml 125 ml 1 tablespoon 60 ml 2-5 3-5 cloves

  4. Hot water

  5. Vietnamese fish sauce

  6. White rice vinegar

  7. Lime juice

  8. Red or green chilies, finely chopped

  9. Large garlic, finely chopped

  1. Put the sugar in a bowl and pour the hotwater over it, stirring until it is completely dissolved.

  2. Add all the other ingredients, stir welland allow to cool to room temperature.

  3. This dipping sauce can be kept in anairtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
