  1. 1-2 fresh Rosemary sprigs, snipped

  2. 1 orange (for zest only), rinsed

  3. 2 Tbs canola oil

  4. 1 Tbs honey

  5. 1/2 tsp salt

  6. tsp pepper

  7. 1 20 oz pkg refrigerated red potato wedges (Simply potatoes brand)

  1. Preheat oven to 400° Snip rosemary using kitchen shears, yield about 1 Tbs.

  2. Zest orange.

  3. Mix together all ingredients except potatoes until well blended. Stir in potatoes until evenly coated. spoon mixture into a 9“ x 13” baking dish and bake at 400° 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden.
