  3. 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  4. 2 tablespoons nonfat mayonnaise

  5. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

  6. 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  7. 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce

  1. Preparation : Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Slaw will keep in refrigerator, covered, for up to 2 days.
