  2. 1 Lb. pasta -- favorite are penne

  3. or farfalle

  4. 1/4 C. fresh chopped basil

  5. 1/4 C. extra virgin olive oil

  6. 1/4 Tbsp. butter

  7. 4 Cloves garlic -- minced or 1/2 C. chopped and drained sun dried tomatoes -- use those

  8. bottled

  9. 1 In olive oil

  10. 1/2 C. prosciutto -- slice into strips

  11. crushed red pepper to taste

  12. freshly shaved Romano or parmesan to taste

  1. After doing all of your chopping, boil the water and add the pasta. Ina skillet,heat up the 1/4 cup olive oil and butter. Add the garlic. Saut forabout 1-2 minutes...

  2. before browing...Then add in your prosciutto, red crushed pepperflakes. Saut foranother 2 minutes, until the prosciutto is just beginning to brown. Addin the sun driedtomatoes and basil and saut for 1-2 minutes. Once pasta is drained,toss in the sauceserve. Add freshly shaved cheese to taste!
