  1. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Salt

  2. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Pepper

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Red wine vinegar

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Water

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Honey

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Extra-virgin olive oil

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Dijon mustard

  8. 2 cups 474ml Loosely packed torn curly endive

  9. 1/2 cup 118ml Seedless red grapes - halved

  10. 4 teaspoons 20ml Crumbled blue cheese

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk.

  2. Combine endive and grapes in a medium bowl.

  3. Add vinegar mixture, and toss gently to coat.

  4. Sprinkle with blue cheese
