  4. 8 oz. 7% fat lean ground beef

  5. 3 cloves garlic pressed

  6. 1/2 cup salsa

  7. 1 cup lettuce , chopped *Optional: tomatoes , additional hot sauce , or lowfat cheese

  1. How to make it Cook ground beef and garlic on medium heat until cooked Add refried beans and stir until warm Divide bean/beef mixture onto tortillas Add sour cream, salsa and lettuce Fold and enjoy! Feel free to omit beef or substitute for chicken
