  1. Preparation : remove 1 sheet of puff pastry from package, keep remainder covered rollout into a 12x12-inch square cut into two 6x12-inch pieces spread one half sheet with 4 teaspoons honey mustard sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated cheddar top with 2 tablespoons scallions cover with another half sheet roll lightly with a rolling pin to seal, without stretching trim edges even, discarding trimmings cut into 32 1-1/2x1-1/2-inch squares transfer to a greased, foil-lined baking sheet cover with plastic and chill or freeze until ready to bake repeat with remaining ingredients thaw turnovers in refrigerator for 24 hours, if frozen bake @ 400 degrees for 10 minutes, until golden and puffy arrange onto a serving tray garnish as desired serve hot
