  2. Beans with Thyme & Cashew Nuts

  6. 1 lb Green beans

  7. 3 tb Sunflower oil

  8. 3 oz Cashew nuts

  9. 1 ea Garlic clove, chopped

  10. 1 tb Chopped thyme

  11. Slice beans. Boil them in lightly salted water until they are just tender.

  12. Drain them.

  13. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Put in the cashew nuts & stir

  14. until they are golden brown. Remove from the skillet. Increase the heat.

  15. Put in the beans & garlic. Stir until the garlic begins to brown. Mix in

  16. the nuts & thyme & remove the pan from the heat.
