  1. 1 pound fresh whole green beans -- cut diagonally in -- half

  2. 3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms -- (about 1/2 pound)

  3. 2 tablespoons butter or margarine

  4. 1 can 10 3/4 oz. 2/3 cup light cream

  5. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  6. 1/2 cup sliced almonds -- (for garnish)

  1. Preparation : 1. Cook beans in boiling water 15 minutes, or until tender; drain.

  2. Brown mushrooms in butter in a saucepan.

  3. Add soup, cream, lemon juice and beans; heat, stirring occasionally.

  4. Garnish with almonds.
