  1. 1 kg chicken

  2. 25 gm coriander

  3. 4 tsp pepper corns? cup yoghurt

  4. 4 tsp garlic paste

  5. 4 tsp lemon juice salt to taste

  6. 100 ml oil

  7. 1 cup onions

  8. 4 tomatoessalt to taste

  9. 1 tsp garam masala

  1. Whisk the yoghurt. Add pepper, lemon juice, salt, garlic and ginger paste.Marinate chicken pieces in this for 30 minutes.Heat oil and saut?a> onions lightly. Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for 1 minute. Add tomato and saut?ntil the oil separates. Put in the chicken and fry for five minutes.Add water and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until the chicken is cooked. Finally add the garam masala.Serve with rice.
