  1. - 1 baked pie shell

  2. 4 c. fresh peaches, sliced (set aside)

  3. 1 c. water

  4. 3/4 c. sugar

  5. 2 tbsp. cornstarch

  6. 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

  7. 3 tbsp. peach gelatin

  1. In saucepan combine 1 cup water, 3/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cornstarch. Cook until clear and thickened. Add 3 tablespoons peach gelatin.

  2. Mix in cinnamon until well blended. Remove from heat. Fold in peaches into mixture. Pour into pie shell. Chill at least several hours. Serve with Cool Whip.
