  1. 1 1/3 cups 315ml Skim milk

  2. 2 cups 186g / 6.6oz Garlic cloves - minced (small)

  3. 2 teaspoons 10ml Flour

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Fat-free cream cheese

  5. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Grated parmesan cheese

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml 2 t. Molly mcbutter - (tm) Natural butter flavor Sprinkles

  7. 4 cups 948ml Hot cooked fettuccine

  1. Recipe Instructions In a medium saucepan over high heat, whisk milk, garlic, flour and cream cheese. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add Parmesan, whisk until blended. Remove from heat. Stir in Molly Mc Butter. Pour sauce over hot fettuccine. Sprinkle with parsley and pepper if desired.
